We as an Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism, a tool for environmental policy, the EU's Carbon Border Adjustment Mechanism (CBAM) encourages multinational corporations operating in energy-intensive industries to adopt only more sustainable and environmentally friendly technologies. It functions in tandem with other crucial policy instruments.
